Your figures stay on your device

What we collect

Nothing. The calculators and trackers on this site run entirely inside your web browser. The rent, deposit, tenant names and other details you type are used to show results on your screen and are never sent to our server or to anyone else.

What is stored on your device

Calculators store nothing. Trackers (the rent ledger, properties and inspection tools, when released) save what you enter in your browser's own storage on that device so you can come back to it. You can clear it from the tool at any time, and clearing your browser data removes it too. Export files you download are ordinary files on your device.

Server logs, cookies and analytics

Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, browser type, time) for security and to keep the site running, for a limited period. We set no cookies, run no analytics and show no advertising.

The Android app

The app from the Play Store is this website shown full-screen. It asks for no permissions and collects no data.
